Unfortunately, we often have to turn them away simply because our schedule is full. When an appointment is missed or canceled without enough notice, it's not just a gap in the day—it's a missed opportunity for someone else who may be in real need.
This includes first appointments, which are especially important to fill if canceled, as they often represent someone's first step toward healing. By honoring your scheduled time or giving advance notice when you need to reschedule, you're helping us serve others in the community who are waiting for care.
