Our Mission

Harmonia is creating a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and whole-health psychiatry that includes more than pushing prescriptions. We exist because we believe that quality care shouldn't be dictated by insurance companies or our patients' background but instead solely by what is in our patients' best interest.

Our Vision

Harmonia envisions a healthcare landscape where psychiatry means whole-health treatment, not just prescriptions. Where providers work together seamlessly to support each patient's journey. Harmonia is creating that reality one patient at a time.

What is Integrative Psychiatry?

Integrative psychiatry focuses on the whole person, not just symptoms or diagnoses. In addition to thoughtful use of medication when appropriate, it considers life experiences, stress, sleep, movement, nutrition, and daily habits. The goal is to address underlying contributors to mental health, not just manage symptoms.
